Layne fixed our circuit switches in a timely manner after we had tried and failed several times...He and his partner checked our switches and plugs, as well.... I recommend this company based on his performance and the grace of their receptionist...

They were the only people that came out the day I called with no air conditioner. They came diagnosed my problem that my AC could not be repaired, but they left us portable AC units to get us through the long weekend was perfect was very happy with their crew and timely show up times.

Great service and great technician. My appointment was scheduled to start between 12-1, I emphasized I would be on my lunch break and the earlier the better so I could get back to work asap. 12:58 I get a call saying they would be there in about 15 minutes. If I had gotten an update at 12 or if they had been there by 1 I’d have given a 5 star since the communication was pretty good. I did call twice around 12:50 and it went to voicemail both times. Overall a very positive experience and plan to use again.

From the initial consultation to final install, I had a great experience with Cosmic Comfort. Their team is responsive, friendly, and professional. They installed a whole house fan in my house quietly and efficiently. After their work, I couldn’t even tell they were there. The workspace was clean and back to how it was prior to their arrival.

What my insurance company and their service providers couldn’t do in a week these guys did in less than 24hours Robert the sales rep was able to identify find and obtain a blower motor that 3 other hvac companies said would take 3 business days to order. Robert was very helpful! Tony the actual tech that came to the house to install the part was on time and communicated everything he was doing via text while I was at work which was extremely convenient. My family and I are extremely grateful for Robert and Tony.

Amazing experience!! Communication was great by the office staff, always emailed or called right away. We moved a mini split from our house to our shop in the back yard. Uriel and Fernando did the work. We had 2 issues after the work was done- one was the fault of our puppy (chewy up stuff) and then the mini split went out. These 2 gentlemen were very understanding, very knowledgeable, very kind, and both possess INCREDIBLE customer service skills. They truly went above and beyond to try to help us. Annnnnd they fixed the issues. Excellent work gentlemen. We will be referring all of friends to Cosmic Comfort.

Start to finish - this company did a fantastic job. Super hard workers, honest, and pleasant to work with. Had all the ducts replaced in our house and installed a whole house fan.

Layne was very helpful and answered all my questions. He made sure my app was working and connected to the energy monitor that he installed. He also reminded me to let him know if there are any problems. The process, from getting the quote to the installation, was done in a very friendly and professional manner.

I keep going back to these guys for work to be done for my house because they are very thorough and knowledgeable. You 100% see the confidence and the know-how when they propose you work/quotes and during install. I've already paid out over 30k in work and will likely continue to do so while I slowly update a 1970s home. They are the perfect companion to any home owner.
